experts follow the methodology of: Service Description for Computer Forensics Data Collection and Analysis Services If your device has a computer chip, our experts are able extract computer evidence from the device. This includes stand-alone computers, networked computers, servers, cell phones, fax machines, IP network equipment, etc (systems). We use specially designed, forensically sound software, hardware, scripts, and techniques to acquire, analyze, and report computer evidence. Our experts perform forensic analysis by examining existing data, real-time data, deleted data (when such data and information is available), unallocated space, slack space, and other unused areas of your systems. Our special forensics tools allow us to access password-protected and/or encrypted data stored on computer systems. We can perform searches of the data for specific information based on key words and phrases provided by you and discovered by our experts during the performance of the forensics services. Our experts also are available to provide you with assistance in identifying possible sources of relevant electronic data, provide technical advice in preparation of discovery requests, and offer guidance concerning the implementation of such requests. We are qualified to and can participate in depositions and witness interviews, and provide expert testimony to courts or other judicial or regulatory bodies. At the conclusion of the analysis portion of the Services, our experts will provide you with all the data collected from the designated systems and a written report describing forensic analysis findings. Prior to the written report, we will provide you with verbal updates of the forensic analysis findings every seven days. |
